How do I place an order?
Since our product line is large and complex, we do not offer online ordering. We feel it is necessary for an experienced sales representative to directly assist
you with your purchase via telephone or email. Let us help find solutions that best meet you fitness goals so you get the most value out of your purchase.

Are the prices on my sales quotation still good?
Product prices are good for 30 days from date of your sales quotation for written quotations only. Verbal pricing quotations are not binding. All products and prices subject to change
at any time without notice. Quoted freight may change at any time due to conditions that are beyond our control.
Why haven't I received a timely reply back from my e-mail?
We will respond to e-mail requests within 24 to 48 hours. If you have not received a reply, please be sure to check for the correct e-mail address on your contact form. We make every effort to respond to all messages, via the internet or telephone voice mail.
Can a consumer in the retail market purchase your products?
Anyone can purchase from the Ivanko product line. To make navigating our website easier, we have divided our product line into three distinct areas:
commercial equipment, competition equipment and retail equipment. If you don't find exactly what you are looking for in a particular area, feel free to
browse the other areas of our website.
How much do Ivanko weights cost per pound?
Quality weights are sold as a unit, rather than by the pound. Scrap iron is sold by the pound.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and it's final destination. Typically, orders weighing under 250 lbs. ship
via United Parcel Service (UPS) and orders weighing over 250 lbs. ship via a freight company, otherwise known as a common carrier.
Most freight companies we use offer us a 60%-65% discount on freight costs. We pass these savings on to you, of course. The
discount makes shipping affordable.
For a quick and accurate shipping quote, please provide us with the total weight, your shipping address, including city, state and zip code. Please also
indicate whether your delivery address is commercial or residential.
Freight charges are always additional to your purchase of Ivanko products unless otherwise stated.
Do you mail out catalogs?
If you are reading this, you probably won't need a catalog. Our website is significantly more comprehensive and up-to-date compared to
our catalog, not to mention visiting our website helps reduce paper waste. If you absolutely-positively still need a catalog, please mail $2.50 and we will be more than happy to snail mail you one.
I can't find a price list anywhere on your website?
Please follow the following instructions for accessing the price list.
Click on the red "PRICING ORDERING" button at the top of any page.
Next, click on the grey rectangular " INSTITUTIONAL PRICE LIST" button under the USA flag.
Next, enter your name, email address and telephone number(optional).
Next, check off the product boxes for which you want price information.
Finally, click the grey rectangular "Get Price List" button.
The price list is automated and if your email address is entered correctly, you will receive a reply within minutes.
How long after my order is placed can I expect delivery?
At the present time, orders are shipping out in 30 days or less, barring back orders. Assemblies such as pro-style fixed plate dumbbells
may take longer. Transit time in California is usually 2-3 business days, the Midwest is 3-4 business days and the
east coast is typically 5-6 business days. If you are planning on ordering weights for a grand opening, please place your
order a minimum of 30 days in advance. Our turn around times are very respectable considering how busy we are. The typical
lead time for most commercial exercise equipment companies is between 6-10 weeks!
Why was I charged a minimum order fee?
All orders totaling less than $100.00 in product value are charged a $10.00 order processing fee. Sales tax and shipping charges are not included in product value.
I was looking for a bench press and a dumbbell rack to go with my Ivanko weights. Do you sell this type of equipment?
Ivanko doesn't manufacture strength training machines, but your sales representative can recommend and provide a high quality line to complement your weights.
